“Absolutely dreadful specimen, diseased and looked awful. I emailed and spoke to someone on the phone who promised he would send a replacement rose of new stock within a couple of weeks. it has never materialised. I will never use this company again.”

“The rose bush looks nice and healthy. Unfortunately somewhere along the delivery route the box it was in had obviously been mis-handled so when I opened it I found all the compost out of the pot and in amongst all the packaging. The rose bush itself was also out of the pot with roots exposed. I have now scraped the compost together as much as I am able and replanted the rose bush, fingers-crossed it survives its travels.”

“The bush arrived in good time, and nicely packaged. Some of the leaves have fallen very quickly but it is being well cared for and hope that it will be fine.”
