“I had trouble placing my order as it would not go through to payment page. I emailed them asking for help. They emailed straight back suggesting I try to order from another devise, which I did and managed to place my order. I placed my order on a Thursday around 1pm and paid extra for EXPRESS DELIVERY as it was a gift for my parents wedding anniversary and wanted it arriving to them on time. The order did not arrive until the following Tuesday. 3 days is NOT express delivery. I emailed asking for refund on extra delivery charge and heard NOTHING back. Interesting how they seemed to email straight back when it was for an order but ignored my email when it was for a refund! Sadly will not be recommending Tree2mydoor to anyone.”
