“My oldest and dearest friend was delighted and thrilled to receive this lovely rose. Her husband was amazed at the excellent condition that it arrived in. “I supplied two mobile numbers when ordering this product and neither were supplied to the courier. This caused a delay in delivery even though the order was placed well in advance of expected delivery date.”

“Rose received fine, however the card was not attached so recipient had to waste a few phone calls, to find out who had sent them this rose for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. When I called to explain this, I received an immediate apology and was asked would I like the card put in the post.”

“The description states 80cm in height, however this includes the pot height!! The actual rose I received was about 10-15cm in height because it was winter time. Slightly disappointed!”
