“I would have given 5 stars if the Carrier had delivered the rose to the appropriate address on the said date. He should be made to obtain a signature when making a delivery. The whole affect of a ‘Surprise’ was lost because, despite the fact it was a small village and it was less than a quarter of a mile away, no attempt was made to take rose to Rightful recipient. This was no fault of the firm supplying the rose”
