Hi Dorothy, thank you for the review of our product and service. We are so sorry about this situation and do recognise the disappointment caused is very unacceptable. We did our best to contact the supplier so we could have decorations sent out for the recipient, but this was unfortunately not possible. From there we did offer 2 solutions to your query. We are still willing to honour our solutions put forward in the event you wish to get back in touch with us.
