“First rose arrived after 5 days. Parcel battered and rose broken in many places. DPD awful choice for delivery to the TQ postcode. Please think about changing courier company! Second rose arrived on time but cardboard box crushed. Rose was in an OK condition but a bit battered. Had enough trouble with the original order so just pleased parents had some sort of anniversary present, allbeit a week late.”

“On arrival the plant was very wilted and needed a lot of water. My Mum has phoned up expressing concerns regarding it's health and advice taken but overall bit disappointed as not been the pleasant surprise I was hoping for.”
