“Whilst the rose itself was beautiful, it was not delivered on the day I requested. I ordered the rose on a Thursday morning and selected two day deliver. The website let be input the Saturday for the day I wanted it delivered and charged me £12 for this service. The rose was not delivered until the Monday and when I contacted the company by telephone they stated that they do not deliver on Saturdays, but this was not highlighted to be at the time of placing the order.”

“The tree arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. Some flowers were in bloom, and others in bud, so it was presentable to give as a gift. The colour of the roses is a true, deep ruby red. The tree is a good size, approximately 70cm in height. The pot was wrapped beautifully in red tissue paper and cellophane, so requires no additional wrapping from the gift-giver. It was very well-received by the recipients! I would not hesitate to recommend this product.”
