“So, it arrives as just a wand in a bag of silica to keep it hydrated. As a gift it was pretty underwhelming, but we've planted it and within 3 weeks it's starting to get shoots, so I'm pretty confident that it will last and we will have a lovely wilow tree.”

“Having bought the willow wand as a gift I was a bit surprised when it arrived and looked quite different to the pictures on the site. For example the wand comes as the steam only with no established crown. As all the pictures show the willow wand with an established crown this sets an expectation for the purchase. As does the gift wrapped pot in the image. So I would say it might be a good idea to have a few pictures that best represents what is delivered as well as the other pictures that market the product. This will at least set the expectation accordingly. If i’d have seen this I would of chosen something else as a gift as it lacked any kind of visual appeal that I was expecting.”
