“Tree arrived looking shabby but was in reasonable shape once I polished the leaves and picked off the dead/eaten ones. I think the company needs to work on presentation”

“This was bought as a Christmas present and delivered to relations in London so I have not seen the tree myself. I gather the delivery was exactly as scheduled and the tree has been very well received so thank you for an excellent service.”
