“Tree arrived damaged with at least 4 branches broken - losing leaf and monitoring if this continues - have made supplier aware - disappointed as this was not cheap”

“Enter your comments. The more you share, t he more you can help other customers. my tree arrived with pests on it. although i believe you have tried to contact me an email would be my preference. so i am very disappointed. i bought them as a way to remember the loss of my dear cat. i did receive an email but heard no more after that. leaflet would have been good on how to care f for this tree.”
