“The recipient was absolutely delighted. I was sent some lovely pictures of them planting the tree and it looked lovely. Straight forward service and delivered when agreed. Thank you.”

“I was hoping to write good things about this product and the company BUT two weeks after the tree was delivered the buds came out and it wasn't a Star Magnolia .... ok mistakes happen but when its a special surprise gift it was really disappointing, as was the quality of the tree. After contacting the company for a refund so that I could give my friend the money to buy one at a local garden centre which was in good condition I was told it had to be returned in its ORIGINAL PACKING !!! Who keeps the original packing of a tree for two weeks ????? Not impressed, they are going to send another tree ... I just hope its decent quality .... time will tell.”

“I ordered a magnolia stellata for my friend whose mother recently died. I haven’t seen it but my friend says it is beautiful. It arrived on time with a lovely card. I felt this was a much better way of remembering her mum than sending flowers. An excellent company.”

“Hi, really pleased with the Star Magnolia Tree Gift, I bought it for my daughters first birthday and took a picture of it next to her on her birthday and will continue to do so each birthday, it sits near the shed outside and it brightens my day when I see it as I'm washing dishes at the kitchen window, I can't wait to see it bloom with the white flowers and see it grow with her, it will bring back so many memories I'm starting to feel emotional already! Thank you so much Maiza”
