“The magnolia is apparently good, but when I have used your service before for a gift you have always sent a picture of the item on the doorstep so I knew when it had been delivered. That didn’t happen this time which left me wondering whether the tree had arrived or not. Could you please ensure you do either one or the other ... ideally let the recipient know after delivery?”
