“Wonderful help when I found ordering online I was unable to request next day delivery. The customer service guy called ahead to the nursery to tell them an order was coming in and next day delivery was needed. He absolutely saved the day! The tree is beautiful. Healthy and strong with fruit already ready and lots of flowers. Just need to keep it alive now...”

“Bought a lemon tree from you about a year ago and placed in my conservatory. Everyone comments on how splendid it looks. It has over-wintered without any problem and is now sporting lemons, albeit green ones so far. It has become a point amongst my guests as to who will have the first lemon to be grown locally in their G & T”

“I particularly appreciated the help of Richard in the customer care team. He took time and care to answer all my questions and help me with my order. The lemon tree apparently arrived perfectly packaged and adorned with lemons to the delight of the 70 year old birthday recipient. The only problem was that the delivery service had difficulty finding the right house. This was the fault of the address finder service which refused to accept the correct address on line. Richard has promised to pursue this with them.”
