“Terrible customer service. Recommend reading the 1 star reviews before you purchase, to see how this company treats customers when things go wrong! Failed to deliver a lemon tree Christmas gift with premium named day delivery before Christmas. Was told too late to arrange an alternative as shops all shut and Xmas delivery dates gone - the 'offer' (my statutory right) was a refund, or to accept a delayed delivery. But they have also refused to refund the premium delivery charge for the initial service and contract they made with me that they did not fulfil! Appalling. Avoid.”

“Communication with the buyer and recipient was excellent. The tree was delivered well protected and in excellent condition. We were very pleased with the purchase.”
