“Love the feel and look of the shoe! My new daily beaters - they just look so good. While inspired by some skate shoes that rhyme with pans, these babies aren't actually built for skating as far as I can tell - the sole is a bit thick and rigid which doesn't help with feeling the board, and when heel-breaking, the sole doesn't grip as much (and makes a scary sound). This isn't a criticism as I don't think these shoes were build for that anyways. I've only skated in them twice when my (p)ans were lost to the back of my storage unit - and to be honest they performed okay! But don't expect them to last as long as a purpose built shoe would.
But yes, got nothing but love for this model, the design is just perfect in my opinion, and the impact on the planet makes me happy”
