“I have been using this shredded paper for years and have always been impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality. However this time the 'shredded paper' is more like sawdust, its not the luxury look i am going for at all. What is even more disappointing about this is that i sent an email asking about the quality of this shredded 'paper' three weeks ago and still have not ha a response. Very disappointing.”
