“I've been buying these bags from Transpack for a while now as I collect and fulfil book orders for an author. These bags protect the book before I put them in the book wraps. This time, there was an issue with the DHL delivery, and I dealt with Tracey regardign this. She went above and beyond to help me with this, and tracked the delivery herself as it had to be taken to another business on the estate. If this is Transpack's customer service, they fully deserve the 5 star rating - thank you Tracey!”
