“Good size. Good thick plastic. Have to tape end shut. Was expecting fabric covers but probably my fault as ordered in a rush. Delivered promptly and as per instructions.”

“The cover was not durable enough, and punctured very easily. It did not secure at the open end, therefore the cover came away from the mattress, causing scuffs and dirt stains. The cover was therefore not fit for purpose, and was disposed off. I would not recommend this product.”

Hi Mark I'm really sorry that you weren't happy with the product. We do offer a heavy duty version of the bag you bought which offers more protection. I think you may have benefited from that bag rather than the lighter duty one you chose. We do also make it very clear on the website that the bag does not seal and that you will have to seal it yourself. Hopefully you found another solution which suited you.
