“The bags I bought were far to small. Having spoken to Sally for advice, she has subsequently sent me two samples both of which are not wide enough but I shall talk to her again. I cannot go to post office to return the original bags as I have been in lockdown since 4th February so am happy to pay for and keep the original bags and will purchase the bigger ones I need at a later stage, having once again spoken to Sally. She could not have been more helpful or friendly for which I am most grateful. How nice to have such a nice person on the end of the telephone. She is a great ambassador for your Company.”

“Excellent product. I shall be buying more and in different sizes too. My customers liked the fact that they could see all of the contents they were buying instead of through a small windowed bag. Heat sealing is also a quicker way of packaging for me and it saves me time a lot of precious time. Thanks Transpack.”
