“Wow! Such fantastic customer service. I needed to add to my order. It had already been sent to the warehouse in order to dispatch it by 3.00pm. It was 2.55pm. The lady who handled my call got in touch with the warehouse to hold my order while she took payment for the items I needed to add. Nothing was too much trouble and, staggeringly, my entire order was still dispatched by 3.00pm so it was delivered the next working day. Fantastic.”
