“Wanted a long roll of wrapping paper for Xmas that I could decorate by ink stamping myself. Thought it seemed a reasonable price but after VAT was added and postage, it wasn't that cheap. Bought 2 as didn't want to run out and came to £25. I was disappointed when it arrived as thinner than expected. I'm afraid I don't understand the weight of paper system so I guess, my fault but I didn't expect that the ink stamp would completely show through to other side. It's also too thin to make gift bags. Unfortunately, I'll have to use it but spoils the effect I wanted to create. I have a couple of large, odd shaped gifts to wrap so not looking forward to that as paper is bound to rip. Will need to double/triple fold to wrap. Regarding delivery, I was given a time which covered a full morning (8:40 - 12:40). There didn't appear to be the option to suggest a safe place to leave parcel if not in so we chose to wait in rather than rearrange, despite having a lot to do that day. Didn't arrive in time slot and we had no choice but to go out at 13:10. The parcel arrived at almost 17:00. Overall not the best buy/experience I've had purchasing.”

If our product is not ideal for your purpose, you are welcome to return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for a refund. If you are unsure about what you are ordering, please contact our sales team via telephone, email or online chat and our experienced sales team can advise you on grammages and possibly a more ideal product for your purposes. With regards to the delivery from the courier company, we have forwarded your complaint on to them as they should have delivered when they promised, but sometimes the driver in your area could be delayed somewhere, hit bad traffic congestion, break down or get lost. Hopefully, they will revert back to you personally. There is a block in our order form that allows you to insert "special instructions". It allows for up to 50 word instruction for the driver.
