“They look ok but first batch didn't arrive with fixings, and then one of the shelves is made up for 2 planks so bends in the middle. Look ok though once up.”

Thank-you for taking the time to leave our company a review. I can only apologise for the oversight with the missing fixings. We were sure to get these sent to you straight away so I hope this didn't cause any delays. Any shelves manufactured by laminating two pieces of timber together is always to the highest possible standard. I assure you that any shelves we supply manufactured from more than one piece of timber are actually stronger and more stable than shelves made from a single board. After the boards are laminated they're always passed through our planer thicknesses to ensure a flat surface so to hear that one of your shelves is bent does come as a surprise. If you could drop us an e-mail with photo's of this shelf that would be a great help. In actual fact we made two of your shelves this way. I'm pleased that you're happy with the end result and I'm sure they look great. “We are very happy with our oak shelf. It's exactly as we imagined it from the website description. It matches our other oak furniture and mirror exactly. It was delivered very well wrapped and protected against damage. The supplied fixings were suitable for our dry lined block wall too.”
