“Excellent customer service; the team was very helpful when answering questions and giving advice when I was making my decision on the colour. My beautiful beam arrived slightly damaged, due to couriers mishandling, however, Traditional Beams were understanding and helped resolve the situation.”

“First beam arrived damaged, which appeared to be during transit and looked like a fork lift truck had attacked it in the box. This company were fantastic in offering some options and replaced the beam without quibble and arranged for a new beam and return of the damaged one. The new beam looks great and very pleased with it.”
