“Product was excellent and as advertised on the website. I requested a non-standard thickness which was accommodated in a friendly and helpful way. Communication on my order was also good. One very minor issue was that one of the screw heads securing the fixing bracket was rung off and dropped out when I went to hang beam in place. However this did not effect the fitting and is securely on the wall. May be a quality control issue for company to be aware of. However, very pleased with product and service”

We are glad you are pleased with your kiln dried fascia beam :) Sorry to hear you had this issue with the screw, perhaps it had taken a knock in transit or a fault with the supplier, it's not an issue we have ever had in the past so we will get this raised with them!
