“Lovely piece of wood. It's just a shame that we made our order over a busy period, so there was a delay in getting our mantel. It would have been nice if we had been contacted to say that they were experiencing higher demand, so therefore the product would be delivered a little later than expected.”

Hi Caroline, thank you for your 5* review, we are pleased to hear you are happy with your order. Sorry to hear you were not as happy with the delivery timescale, any dates provided on the website are only ever estimated as everything is handmade to order so it's quite hard to pinpoint exact delivery dates, we do send emails to advise when orders go into production and another when it is dispatched with your tracking information. We hope to hear from you again in the future :)
