“Sales team were amazing, constant communication with a lot of back and fourth including images of different finishes and even the actual log from start to finish!! The final varnish matched my doors better than my expectations!! The delivery was earlier than scheduled !! Delivered with all instruction which were easy for myself as an amateur diy enthusiast!! Sadly … Not 5 star unfortunately as the beam requires a little more sanding as some areas are a little rough!! Admittedly I never complained about the rough areas once I accepted delivery so I don’t know if they would offer to compensate financially or even finish the job if given the chance !!”

We are thrilled to hear that you found our Customer Service team helpful, the delivery timescales efficient and our installation guidance quite simple :D Our Rustic *aged products are listed on our website as having distressed edges and textured surfaces and are also finished off with a wire brush to raise the grain, which gives it more character.
