“Good communication & speed of delivery - however fixings that were sent were different to those described both on site & instructions. As someone with mobility issues with their hands I had real issues screwing them in & they’re impossible to remove if they don’t go in straight.”

I am sorry to hear you had some issues with the fixings, it would be great if you could elaborate as we have not received any emails regarding this and we only have one set of fixings for the size beam you have ordered - we are wondering if you were looking at the wrong instructions?

“I am really pleased with the service provided. The first oak beam arrived with damage to it which had presumably been caused during transit. I contacted customer services and they sorted the issue immediately by arranging delivery of a new beam. The quality is fantastic and the beam looks lovely above our fireplace. I would highly recommend!”

“The order came quickly. It was well packaged. The beam is gorgeous, a really great colour, it looks great with our interior. It was easy to mount on the wall. Colour is changing slightly with the heat of the fire but to be expected. I would recommend this company.”
