“Absolutely beautiful! Can't fault the customer service, they were lovely, very quickly made and dispatched. Arrived safe and I am so happy I love it! It truly is the finishing touch to my living room. However the holding brackets.. I paid a joiner to come and fit it and he wasn't impressed with the brackets at all for holding such a weight of wood he had to re inforce to improve the holding system meaning this cost me alot more than expected. I do feel the company should look into better brackets as I'd have happily paid abit more for this to be included.”

It's lovely to hear you are pleased with your Aged Oak Fireplace Beam and the customer service you received from us :) I am sorry to hear your joiner was not impressed with the fixings for your beam. They are designed to be installed to a solid masonry wall and hold up to 35kg of weight between them including the weight of the beam, the approx weight of your beam is 16kg. We have tried and tested these fixings and have never had any issues with regards to the weight.
