“I love this product. It has transformed my fire place and whole living room. I ordered this online without seeing the product in person first so it was a gamble but I didn't need to worry. “Excellent customer service. Our first oak mantel arrived damaged from transit and I emailed customer service who got back to me straight away. They replaced the mantel with no fuss, the product itself is very high quality with easy to fit instructions. Overall extremely happy with our purchase thank you.”
