“Excellent shelves, solid wood and colour matched ordering colour spot on, delivery was prompt and all the fixtures and fitting were included. The only criticism I have is that as befits real wood some of the shelves had cracks running part way which will collect dust and debris over time.”

“Didn’t give it a 5 because the screw holes weren’t countersunk so had to take to a local tradesman to do that for me or the screws would not have been flush with the shelf”

Hi Alison, thanks for your feedback, although we are a little bit confused with this review because the holes do not need to be countersunk for this product as when the bracket is installed the shelf does not come into contact with the screws - have you installed them correctly?
