“These are such good quality and great value for money. I had been shopping around for a while looking for some shelfs of a specific length and colour before i came across Traditional Beams and i'm so glad i did. The installation instructions are very clear and they take no longer than 5 minutes each to install. Highly recommended, i'll be making sure i visit them first for my next purchase.”

“These shelves are gorgeous hand finished wood. The finish and grain of the stripped pine looked wonderful. Was cautious around furniture and fresh plaster, given the shelves arrived with fresh staining which has transferred onto the packaging it arrived in. The mounts supplied with the shelves achieve a strong and sturdy fixing to the wall, provided the material of the wall is solid and the holes drilled are not too large to make the wall plugs loose. I had one fixing loosen ever so slightly due to powdery wall material which crumbled as the hole was drilled, making it slightly too large and resulting in a slightly insecure fixing. These beautiful wooden shelves would have received 5 stars, however the back edge of a few of my shelves wasn't quite planed exactly flat, resulting in a gap between the wall and the wood when mounted flush to a flat wall. An easy fix would have been to run a bead of silicon along the back edge of the shelf, but i chose not to do this on such wonderfully finished natural wood. Instructions are simple to follow, and shelves arrived promptly and well protected. Great service, excellent natural product with no two shelves the same. Expensive, so value for money wasn't exactly priority, but look the part. Even smell nice! Would recommend with the advise above.”
