“When I received delivery of my shelves they had a couple of cracks through them. I called Traditional Beams and spoke to Catherine. She was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. I provided photos of the cracks and Catherine politely explained that the product was intended to look distressed and that they did not regard the cracks to be a defect or damage, but part of the rustic charm many customers desire. I explained that I did not want that aesthetic, so Catherine liaised with the warehouse to find the cleanest cuts of wood she could as replacements. She then Emailed me pictures for my approval before arranging a courier to exchange the new for the old. I am incredibly happy with the new shelves which are gorgeous and was equally happy with how Catherine handled my issue. I'd recommend Traditional Beams. Great product and great customer service.”
