“Look nice and work as expected. Lack of fitting guide could make these difficult for a DIYer to install in some radiators though.”

Thanks for your review Paul, we're glad you like the valves. They are standard valves which are really straight forward to install for an experienced plumber or heating engineer. Please bare in mind that you you should always use a professional when installing these items to ensure they are fitted correctly and that your guarantee is therefore valid. Thanks.

“Very nice looking valves. However, because the tails have no shoulder and are not tapered it took 36 wraps of standard Ptfe tape to get them to tighten properly. Hemp and paste is a better option if fitting these valves. They work fine so far but time will tell”

Hi Penny, all of our products are of the highest quality and have a full guarantee therefore if you have issues of any kind a quick call to our Customer Service team would ensure this is rectified straight away. If you had let us know we would have sent a replacement set of valves for delivery the very next day however you have not contacted us but have written an online review about it instead.
