“Rediator is fantastic, couldn't be happier, and the service centre were very helpful & quick to redpond. Only thing stopping a 5* review were the instructions. E.g. Quotes the wrong drill bit size for supplied raw plugs and we're quite basic.”

“Firstly my radiator was damaged when it was delivered. It looks like it had been dropped during transit. I contacted Trade radiators and provided proof of the damaged goods and they promptly sent a replacement the next day, “hows that for Costomer service”. I was disappointed that my radiator was damaged When delivered but the prompt replacement and Costomer service from Trade radiators was very very good.”

“Stylish , good quality radiator at a very good price. Trade direct are very efficient getting the order out for next day delivery as promised. Unfortunately they are let down by the delivery company they use. I ordered radiators on 2 separate occasions last month and the delivery company failed to turn up on the date specified on both occasions. They did not contact me to tell me they would not be coming so 2 days wasted waiting in !”
