“Arrived well packaged lots of foam. On opening not so good, dent in end panel and missing blanking plugs. To me it looks like I have been sent a previously returned radiator. As radiator was fitted in a recess I got away with hiding the dent. There is so much packaging cannot see how this got damaged in transit.”

Any damages or issues of any kind should always be reported immediately to our Customer Service team who will sort this out right away, however you hadn't contacted us to let us know about the damage so we didn't have the opportunity to replace the item for you, which we would have been happy to do. “Arrived in good time - but I would have preferred the item be listed as 'Henrad' rather than the parent brand 'Stelrad' since this is what I was sent.”

Thanks for your review. The radiator we sell is 100% from 'Stelrad', however we are looking to rebrand as 'Henrad from Stelrad' when our new website launches very soon.
