“I have ordred three sets of 8 page Orders of Service in the last three weeks. Two sets were sent with the wrong inserts - booklet B had booklet A's inserts in and vice versa. The third order - simply did not arrive. Needless to say, this company have lost my business.”

Hi Julia Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your orders have not arrived as expected. We always wish to resolve issues with orders promptly, and we have already organised a reprint of both the books that had covers mixed up in error and also the order that was lost in transit by the courier. “The team have been exceptionally helpful. I made a slight issue on my print (my fault) I contacted them and they did everything to make it right for me and dispatched quickly so I still met my deadline. Quality amazing as always and customer experience too. Truly the best out there for print - I am loyal to TDP and have been for several years. Thank you”
