“Missing screws for legs. Impossible to speak to anyone in customer service to get the missing parts or a replacement fire . Answerphone message. Have emailed as requested and says will reply within 7 days..still waiting 2 weeks later!! Meanwhile my mum who is 92 has no working fire in this cold weather - disgusting !!!ready to go to the press as a last resort to get something done.”
