“Terrible. Purchased bin but, didnt register for warranty. Came to them due to lid failure and after multiple back and forth, got link to purchase new one at FULL PRICE! Tried to purchase st full price and chased up.... turned out it was out of stock!!! What the hell is going on with a big company like Tower?!?!?”
