“I mistakenly placed 2 separate orders and immediately sent an email to explain that the 2nd order was in error and should be cancelled. My email was ignored and several days later the 2 timers were sent in 2 very large boxes via a courier service. Had common sense prevailed they could easily have been sent in a small jiffy bag via the postal service.”
“Currently subject of complaint and still awaiting decision. The timer does not function even after changing the battery. Obviously not tested before despatch and less than a quality service.”
“The customer service wrote saying that although the website had said available there were actually none in stock and would no longer be available, a quick and polite letter but felt extremely disappointed especially since I had chosen to come direct to you rather than use Amazon. I have now received 2 timers from Amazon whose service was superior to yours and I will use them in future”
