“After just buying a T920004S6L and using it just twice I mislaid the original black pressure regulator and steam release vent. Having looked at the specifications page in the instructions it showed the replacement part was named ‘Black pressure regulator’ and its part no. was TS2012. Having received the part and placed it in its proper place in the upper handle I found that it did not fit properly, it was too loose and there was too much play to be effective. As such there is no way that I can use this pressure cooker safely and with confidence.
Unfortunately, I had lost my phone and have only just noticed your email otherwise I would have replied before now.

“The item delivered did not fit. I contacted Tower and the lady said that the part number in the book, which came with the cooker, was incorrect. She said that she would sort it out and e-mail me. Since that time I have received no communication at all.”
