“The pressure regulator sits on a hole into which there is a rubber washer - which is effectively part of the pressure regulator system and which needs to be replaced along with the rest of the system. The washer is not included! Hence, the brand new pressure regulator does not work. Serious lack of thought, Tower, I'd expect better.”
