“I keep a spare sealing ring in so as to have use of my pressure cooker at all times should the one in use wear. Would not want to be without my pressure cooker as I use regularly.”

I contacted customer services but they were unhelpful so my only course of action was to buy a new sealing ring, and discard the original.
Presumably I will have to do this on a regular basis.
The pressure cooker itself is a good product. My only concern is with the sealing ring.
