Please contact our support team on 0333 220 6066 or via customerservice@towerhousewares.co.uk where a member of the team will be able to generate you a returns authorisation number for a refund or can possibly advise of the right seal for your cooker. Please ensure that you have the model number of your cooker to hand so our team can match you correctly should you want a replacement.

Hi Dave, We are sorry to read that your sealing ring has deteriorated very quickly. Just to make you aware, sealing rings are advised to be changed every 6 months however your sealing ring is covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase of the cooker. I hope this helps you.
