“Sadly the sealing ring was a disaster, however I have since discovered that my Pressure cooker is unsafe!
A replacement pressure cooker will be sent , once Tower has sorted out the ROYAL MAIL problem.”

I noticed the difference with the new sealing ring by the pressure being maintained for longer at the end of cooking time, thereby resulting in better cooking results.
