“I need a sealing ring for my Tower T920004S7L pressure cooker. I paid £80 for the cooker, which has a 10-year guarantee, but only if Tower spares are fitted. Tower are unable to supply a seal for this model so I tried a seal made for a different Tower cooker of the same diameter. It did not seal. How am I supposed to have a working pressure cooker which complies with the terms of the guarantee when nobody can supply the correct spare. Have I wasted £80? Will I ever buy another Tower pressure cooker? What do you think.........?”
“Does not fit to make a seal when lid is closed it is too thin in quality and not the same as the one that comes with the actual steamer it cost just over 10 pounds with postage so not worth it as I cannot use it”
“Doesn't work had to throw pressure cooker out and purchase a new pressure cooker from a different make won't be buying tower again that's the third seal in as many uses. Thier seams to be a design flaw in the cooker.”
“Ordered what I thought was the correct ring only to find it wasn't, contacted your customer service helpline for assistance how to return. Explained we didn't have a printer to print off a return label the adviser said it would be all done at the shop (yodel) . Who then told me this was incorrect. Had to make a special journey to the library to get label printed off. Still no stock available for a sealing ring !!! And at this moment still awaiting refund. Come on Tower let's do better.”

“Paid for next day delivery on a Friday, seal didn't arrive until Monday, no mention on website, that next day delivery didn't apply to the weekend. Partial refund given as the seal had been used, and couldn't be returned. As it turned out the wrong seal had been sent out.”
