A sealing ring fits around the inside rim of the cover and forms a pressure tight seal between the cover and the body of your Tower pressure cooker during cooking. You can fit them yourself or ask local supplier to do the fitting for you. Check that the sealing ring you order is right for your pressure cooker. Only use Tower sealing rings for your Tower pressure cooker. Compatitble with Tower 4L Aluminium Pressure Cooker (T80206 and T820002) Tower 5.5L Aluminium Pressure Cooker (T80207) Tower 7L aluminium Pressure Cooker (T80208).

“I bought a new Tower pressure cooker 2 years ago, and the quality of the sealing gasket was very poor. I had an old model with a rubber gasket which lasted years. The new material does not appear as successful.”
