“Ordered the wrong size, you must take care to ensure the right size for your cooker, in our case we were told that out cooker was now obsolete and that a spare part was unavailable to us, however we were not advised of the returns policy under out purchase rights through the internet, which we thought was quite poor, no useful advice was offered to be honsest, expected a better service than the one we received, very poor.”
