“Tower consistently failed to despatch the correct sealing ring ,notwithstanding provision of part number and discussion with their dispatcher . I finally asked for my payment to be recredited. I have not had confirmation of my request and I have no idea if it has been yet nor, (based on the lethargic service) do I ever expect to know. I will go to John Lewis.”

“already sent an email and received no reply. the ring is to big, it says 24cm but it doesn't clarify it is the inside, and for my lid of 24cm it is too big (the outside is almost 28cm) I asked how to exchange it but have received nocomments”

Could you re-send to support@customersvc.co.uk so a member of our support team can help you in exchanging the seal, please ensure you include the model number of your cooker.
In relation to the sealing rings itself, all of our seals are measured internally.
