“I received my sealing ring yesterday. I am extreemly disappointed as the size is far too large. The external diameter is 27cms and internal diameter 24 cms. My original ring is 24 x 21.7 cms. It is very misleading.

Please contact our support team on 0333 220 6066 where a member of the team will be able to generate you a returns authorisation number for a refund or can possibly advise of the right seal for your cooker.
