“It does the job although it seems loose compared with the last ones and you have to get the lid on quick before it falls out so probably is not going to last very long.”

All sealing rings are manufactured slightly large to give way for shrinkage over time however, the seal should not be so big that it is falling out of the cookers lid. Once main reason could be that you've purchased the wrong seal for your cooker.
